Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. For international orders, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery, depending on customs processing.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or tarnishing due to improper storage.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
